  • 20% fee added if you want me to design an original character based on your ideas, with the exception of reference sheets (gijinkas included)

  • 20% rush fee if you have a deadline that's within 2 weeks or less

  • REF SHEETS ONLY: up to 3 additional things on the page such as extra expressions, items, and etc are free of charge. more than 3 will be an additional 5% fee per addition.

  • I do not charge extra for complexity of character.

TERMS
I have full right to decline your commission for any reason without further questioning.
I can only accept payment through CashApp, Venmo, or PayPal. Digital currencies such as in-game currencies/items or crypto currency will not be accepted.
Commissions are first come first serve unless there is a deadline. If you have a deadline, please let me know beforehand. I cannot accept commissions with a deadline in one week or less.
You have the option to pay full price upfront, or pay 50% before I start drawing and the other 50% after the sketch is completed. Either way, I must receive some sort of payment before I begin drawing.
Refunds are not accepted after I've completed the sketch, unless I'm the one to cancel the commission after payment or I don't reply back to you in over one month.
My art is for personal use ONLY. If you want to use it for commercial use, please let me know so we can discuss additional pricing. I will ask you your estimated profit amount, estimated production quantity (if the art is used for something physical), and how much extra you'd be willing to pay in accordance to that. (Commercial use refers to any form of use that is profited off of; including merch, prints, avatars, ads, videos, etc. Please feel free to ask about something if you’re not sure!)
Using my art for AI training or NFTs is prohibited.
Drawing time can range from a few hours to months, or even more, depending on the order. I also have severe, unmedicated ADHD and I have a personal life outside of art and the internet, so I may take longer than expected. Please be patient, and don't be afraid to ask for updates as often as you want! I don't mind at all!
If something comes up, I’ll be sure to notify you and it may take a little longer, or I may have to cancel the commission altogether.
You may have commissioned and paid for the art and you can use it for anything that is permitted, but you may NEVER claim it as your own or anyone elses. Credit to me and my handles must be present with any and all uses of my art.
If you want me to include a speedpaint of the drawing, please tell me BEFORE I start drawing. On Clip Studio Paint (the program I use), I have automatic time lapse settings constantly turned off to save storage on my computer. I will gladly turn it on for your piece if you want me to, just let me know beforehand!
